Refund and Returns Policy

At Active Water, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, you can return / exchange it within 7 days under the following conditions:

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Non-returnable: Opened filters, used items, or damaged products.
  • Contact us within 7 days to request a return authorization (RA).

2. How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hemendrashukla@rediffmail.com with your order number.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll send you instructions and an RA number.
  3. Ship Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

3. Refunds

  • Refund will be processed 2-3 days and will be credited in origibal payment source account within 7-10 business days
  • Full Refund: For unopened and unused products.
  • Partial Refund: For used or damaged items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping. If the order is already shipped, follow the standard return process.
